Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of revocation

In case of cancellation, we will refund all payments.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the consumer expressly agrees that we begin the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirms that he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the service.

The cancellation period and the right of cancellation expire if the service begins prematurely.
