These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Planora Group in the construction, trade and real estate sectors.

2. Conclusion of contract

Contracts can be concluded in writing, verbally, or outside our business premises (e.g., at a construction site). They are legally binding.

3. Services

The type and scope of services depend on individual agreement.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are net plus statutory VAT. Payments are due upon invoicing.

5. Delay in payment & refusal of performance

In the event of late payment or non-payment of advance payments, we may suspend work. We are not liable for any resulting delays or consequential damages.

6. Acceptance & Revocation

After complete completion and acceptance, the right of withdrawal no longer exists. For contracts with consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) applies, unless it expires due to premature commencement of performance.

7. Early commencement of benefits

Consumers can agree that we may begin performance before the expiration of the cancellation period. The right of cancellation expires upon commencement of performance.

8. Liability

We are only liable for intentional or grossly negligent acts. We assume no liability for consequential damages.

9. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Aalen, as far as legally permissible.
